Message This guy "bought" $10K of Brembo brake kits from my friend who has a brake-kit fabricating company and had them overnighted. He claimed he did a wire transfer into their account. Money did appear in the account. He urgently pushed to get the brakes overnighted.

Here's why: three days later--It turned out to be a counterfiet cashier's check. Not a bounce. A counterfiet.

The brakes showed up being sold in a hasty fashion on E-Bay (GOD I HATE E-Bay), and a watchful customer of my pal's company notifed them. They had to fly from Oregon to California.

Tony lives in Fremont California. Beware selling or buying ANYTHING from this guy. He's so stupid he had them delivered to his parent's house, where my friend flew to greet him.

Apprently he doesn't even have the BMW he claimed to need them for, hence, he could try Z folks, next.

He avoided my pal for days, and I had to help him find someone who could write a letter in Chinese for Tony's parents so they'd understand what's going on. My pal got almost all of his money back, but is still messing with this idiot to try to get the last grand. And the guy is avoiding him again. He's not even asking for his travel expenses or lost wages from being out of the shop.

(at least in that case, there is one and only one route to take ;-)
